ABOUT

I am a lifelong educator who has guided hundreds of high school students through the college admissions process over the last decade. Prior to launching NDS College Consulting, I led the college counseling program in public schools and at a test prep and college admissions firm in New York City. I have also read applications for a private university and currently interview students for my alma mater. My clients have described me as easy to work with, a positive influence, and a "taskmaster with a smile."

I have experience working with students from diverse backgrounds, including international and first-generation students. I care deeply about college access for all and advise several low-income students pro bono every year.

As a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) and the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), I regularly attend national conferences and conduct annual college visits (I have toured over 100 colleges!) to stay up-to-date on the ever-changing admissions landscape. I earned a master’s degree in higher education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a bachelor’s degree from Colby College.

 

I live on the North Shore of Massachusetts and work with families across the world. When I am not meeting with students, I enjoy traveling, skiing, hiking, listening to live music, and spending time with my family.
